We are so happy to see your interest in our dance studio!  CDA has so many wonderful things to offer and we look forward to having you join us soon! 

Please take a moment to review the steps to register this semester.

Step 1. Print off the registration form below
Step 2. Choose from any one of our fabulous classes that we offer
Step 3. Complete the form and mail to the below address along with a non-refundable $10 deposit (per class) to hold your student’s spot until classes begin.  The $10 will be applied to your first month’s tuition. Checks payable to CDA, Inc. Note that this address is not the studio address, but the mailing address for payments only.
